WrapTastic
Terms and Conditions of Service
Effective Date: December 1, 2025
These Terms of Service govern all services provided under the WrapTastic brand by WrapTastic Franchising, LLC and its independently owned and operated franchise locations. By booking, authorizing, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable Service Schedule.
Parties and Franchise Relationship
WrapTastic Franchising, LLC is the franchisor and brand owner. All services are performed by independently owned and operated WrapTastic franchisees. Your agreement is solely with the local franchise performing the work. WrapTastic Franchising, LLC does not perform services and is not responsible for workmanship, scheduling, pricing, service outcomes, or disputes arising from a franchise's operations.
Scope of Services
Services may include automotive, residential, and commercial services, including but not limited to window tint, paint protection film, wraps, coatings, detailing, and architectural window film. Service-specific risks, limitations, warranties, and care requirements are described in the applicable Service Schedule.
Estimates, Booking, Payment, and Deposits
Pricing is based on information provided by the customer and visual inspection where applicable. Final pricing may change if conditions differ from those disclosed or reasonably observable. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Certain services require a deposit prior to scheduling. Because materials are often custom-ordered, cut to size, or allocated to a specific project, all deposits are nonrefundable once payment is received, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied toward the final invoice.
Cancellations and Access
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least two business days' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges of up to fifty percent of the quoted service price.
Customers are responsible for providing safe, legal, and unobstructed access to the service location. If access is denied, restricted, or unsafe, the customer remains responsible for applicable charges and any costs incurred as a result.
Customer Disclosures and Pre-Existing Conditions
Customers must disclose known defects, prior repairs, coatings, films, damage, or conditions that may affect service results. WrapTastic is not responsible for pre-existing damage, corrosion, fading, oxidation, scratches, chips, seal failures, or defects that may become more visible after service.
Appearance, Curing, and Variability
Many services require curing time. Temporary haze, moisture, bubbles, streaks, texture variations, or minor optical effects during curing are normal and are not defects. Final appearance and durability depend on material selection, surface condition, environmental factors, and maintenance. No guarantee of a specific aesthetic result, performance outcome, or lifespan is made.
Care and Maintenance Obligations
Customers agree to follow all post-service care instructions provided verbally or in writing. Failure to follow care requirements may void applicable warranties and releases WrapTastic from responsibility for resulting damage.
Personal Items
WrapTastic is not responsible for personal items left inside or on a vehicle or within the service area. Customers are responsible for removing all valuables prior to service.
Media Use and Marketing
During service, the servicing franchise may take photographs or videos of the vehicle, property, or work performed for documentation, quality control, training, and marketing purposes. Any such images will not intentionally include people or personally identifying information. By booking or receiving services, you grant permission for the use of these images in marketing materials, including websites, social media, and advertising, unless you notify the servicing location in writing prior to service that you do not consent to such use.
Warranties
Any manufacturer or workmanship warranties are provided by the local franchise or the product manufacturer according to their written terms. Warranties generally cover material defects under normal use and exclude damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper cleaning, impact, abrasion, environmental exposure, removal, or pre-existing conditions. Warranty claims must be submitted to the franchise that performed the work. WrapTastic Franchising, LLC is not a party to warranty claims.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim arising from services is limited to three times the cost of the service giving rise to the claim, capped at five thousand dollars per visit. WrapTastic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use or diminished value.
Insurance and Responsibility
Customers agree that their own insurance coverage will be primary for any covered loss related to the services provided. Any insurance maintained by WrapTastic or its franchisees is secondary and non-contributory.
Hold Harmless and Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, customers agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or damages arising out of the services provided, including matters related to access conditions, disclosed or undisclosed surface conditions, customer-selected services or materials, or failure to follow care instructions. This does not apply to losses caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct of the servicing franchise.
Waiver of Subrogation
To the extent permitted by law, customers agree that their insurer will not seek recovery from the servicing franchise or WrapTastic Franchising, LLC for losses or damages covered by insurance.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Service-related concerns must be reported to the servicing franchise within forty-eight hours of service completion. Disputes with a local franchise are governed by the laws of the state in which that franchise operates. Disputes involving WrapTastic Franchising, LLC are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Customers waive participation in class or representative actions.
Right to Refuse Service
Service may be refused or discontinued if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, illegal, or inappropriate.
Entire Agreement and Modifications
These Terms of Service, together with the applicable Service Schedule, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and WrapTastic. Terms may be updated from time to time and will be effective when posted. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
Service Schedule A
Automotive Services
This Schedule applies to all services performed on motor vehicles, including automotive window tint, paint protection film, wraps, coatings, detailing, and related surface protection services.
Automotive Window Tint Legal Compliance
Automotive window tint laws vary by jurisdiction. WrapTastic does not provide legal advice. Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws governing vehicle registration and operation.
Customer-Directed Tint Selection
Customers acknowledge that they are selecting or approving tint levels, film types, and configurations. If a customer approves a non-compliant installation, they assume responsibility for citations, fines, inspection failures, removal costs, or related consequences.
Removal and Modification
Any removal or modification required to achieve legal compliance is not included in the original service and may be offered at additional cost.
Automotive Appearance and Curing
Automotive films and coatings may require curing. Temporary haze, moisture, bubbles, edge visibility, seam lines, or texture variations during curing are normal.
Automotive Warranty Limitations
Warranties do not cover damage arising from non-compliant tint selections, forced removal, inspection failures, improper care, road debris, impact, abrasion, or pre-existing vehicle conditions.
Automotive Release
Customers release WrapTastic Franchising, LLC and the servicing franchise from responsibility related to legal compliance or enforcement actions resulting from customer-directed automotive service selections.
Service Schedule B
Residential and Commercial Services
This Schedule applies to all non-automotive services, including residential and commercial window film, architectural film, safety and security film, and related surface protection services.
Installation and Curing
Window film installation uses a water-based solution. Temporary haze, moisture, bubbles, or streaks are normal during curing. Curing time varies based on material, glass construction, and environmental conditions. Customers agree not to clean or disturb film for at least thirty days following installation.
Insulated Glass Units and Seal Conditions
Installers cannot inspect or guarantee the condition of insulated glass unit seals. Pre-existing or latent seal failures may become visible after installation. Window film does not cause seal failure. WrapTastic is not responsible for fogging, condensation, or distortion occurring within glass units.
Thermal Stress and Glass Breakage
Window film alters heat absorption and reflection. Certain glass types may be susceptible to breakage due to pre-existing defects, framing conditions, edge damage, or thermal stress. WrapTastic is not responsible for breakage related to these conditions.
Optical Effects and Visibility
Minor color shifts, banding, or rainbowing may occur depending on glass composition and lighting. Existing scratches or distortions may become more visible. These are not defects.
Residential and Commercial Warranty Acknowledgment
Manufacturer warranties cover material defects under normal use and exclude glass breakage, seal failure, improper cleaning, scratching, scraping, tape, decals, or suction cups.
Residential and Commercial Care Requirements
Customers agree to follow care requirements including no cleaning for thirty days, use of ammonia-free cleaners and soft microfiber cloths, no blades or abrasive tools, no decals or suction cups during curing, and allowing full curing before judging final appearance.
Residential and Commercial Release
Customers release the installer and manufacturer from responsibility for glass, seal, or appearance issues not caused by installation workmanship or covered by manufacturer warranty.
Acknowledgment
By booking or authorizing service, the customer confirms they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable Service Schedule.
