Terms and Conditions of our Services

WrapTastic Terms and Conditions of Service
Effective Date: October 1, 2025

1. Definitions
"WrapTastic" refers to WrapTastic Franchising, LLC and its independently owned and operated franchise locations, as context requires. "Local Franchise" refers specifically to the independently owned WrapTastic business performing your service. "You" refers to the customer booking or receiving services.

2. Independent Ownership and Liability
Each WrapTastic location is independently owned and operated. By scheduling an appointment, you agree that you are doing business solely with your Local Franchise. You acknowledge that WrapTastic Franchising, LLC is not a party to your transaction and bears no responsibility or liability for any services, warranties, claims, disputes, or damages arising from the actions or operations of any Local Franchise.

3. Limitation of Liability
WrapTastic and its franchisees are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, diminished value, or business interruption. Total liability for any claim relating to a specific service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. You agree to pursue any service-related claim directly with your Local Franchise before taking any external action.

4. Service Area and Access
4.1 Service Area
Pricing is based on your vehicle or property being within the designated service area of your Local Franchise. Additional fees may apply outside that area.
4.2 Access Permission
By booking a service, you confirm that our technicians have permission to access and perform work at the scheduled location. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable rules, laws, and property restrictions. If access is denied, restricted, or results in fines, you agree to pay the full service cost and reimburse any related expenses.
4.3 Accessibility
You must provide safe, unobstructed access to the work area. Unsafe or inaccessible conditions may result in additional charges, delays, or cancellation at the franchise's discretion.

5. Surface Condition and Pre-Existing Issues
You agree to disclose any known defects, prior repairs, coatings, or conditions that may affect the outcome of service. WrapTastic is not responsible for existing damage; poor prior repairs; rust; corrosion; fading; or defects that become more visible after cleaning, installation, or coating.

6. Curing and Appearance
Films, coatings, and similar treatments require curing time. Temporary haze, streaks, moisture pockets, or minor visual irregularities are normal during this period.
Typical cure times:
• Films: 7-90 days
• Coatings: 24 hours-14 days
Do not wash, wax, or touch treated surfaces during curing. Environmental conditions may extend curing time.

7. Optical Effects and Finish
Films and coatings may slightly alter color, gloss, or reflectivity. Minor texture variations, rainbowing, or optical distortion are natural characteristics of these materials and are not considered defects.

8. Warranty and Limitations
Manufacturer and workmanship warranties, where offered, come from the Local Franchise and/or the product manufacturer.
Warranties generally cover defects such as peeling, bubbling, or delamination under normal conditions. They do not cover:
• Damage from neglect, misuse, abrasion, or impact
• Improper cleaning or chemical exposure
• Pre-existing surface conditions
All warranty claims must be submitted to the Local Franchise that performed the work. WrapTastic Franchising, LLC does not administer or participate in warranty claims.

9. Care and Maintenance
You agree to follow all post-service care instructions. In general:
• Avoid washing or waxing until curing is complete
• Use pH-neutral, ammonia-free cleaners
• Avoid scrapers, blades, or abrasives
Failure to follow care instructions may void warranty coverage.

10. Booking, Payment, Cancellations, and Deposits
10.1 Booking Confirmation
Appointments may be confirmed verbally, by email, or via text. You are responsible for providing accurate information during booking.
10.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted forms include major credit cards, debit cards, or approved digital methods.
10.3 Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least two (2) business days in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
10.4 Deposits and Materials
Some services require a deposit. Because most materials are custom-ordered or cut to size, deposits become nonrefundable once paid unless otherwise stated in writing. Deposits secure materials and installation time and apply toward the final invoice.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
All concerns or claims must be reported to the Local Franchise within 48 hours of service completion for evaluation.
• Disputes involving a Local Franchise will be governed by the laws and courts of the state where that franchise operates.
• Disputes involving WrapTastic Franchising, LLC will be governed by the laws and courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

You agree not to participate in any class action or representative action against WrapTastic Franchising, LLC or any Local Franchise.

12. Right to Refuse Service
WrapTastic may refuse or discontinue service at any time if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or inappropriate for service.

13. No Guarantee of Specific Results
Service outcomes vary based on environmental conditions, pre-existing surface condition, and ongoing maintenance. While WrapTastic aims for high-quality results, no specific aesthetic outcome or durability lifespan is guaranteed.

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WrapTastic Franchising, LLC, its franchisees, employees, and agents from any claims or expenses arising from your use of WrapTastic services, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

15. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected for booking, communication, or service delivery is managed according to our Privacy Policy, available on the Website or upon request.

16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the servicing Local Franchise and supersede any prior verbal or written representations regarding service.

17. Modifications
WrapTastic may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website. Continued use of WrapTastic services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

By booking or receiving service from any WrapTastic franchise, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
