By booking, authorizing, or receiving services, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service and the applicable Service Schedule.
Parties and Franchise Relationship
WrapTastic Franchising, LLC is the franchisor and brand owner. All services are performed by independently owned WrapTastic franchisees. Service specific risks, limitations, warranties, and care requirements are described in the applicable Service Schedule.Estimates, Booking, and Payment
Pricing is based on information provided by the customer and visual inspection. Final pricing may change if conditions differ from those disclosed or reasonably observable. Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Most services require a deposit. Deposits are nonrefundable once materials are purchased, ordered, cut, or otherwise allocated for the customer's project. Deposits will be applied toward the final invoice.Cancellations and Access
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least two business days' notice. Late cancellations or no shows may result in charges of up to fifty percent of the quoted service price. The customer is responsible for providing safe, legal, and unobstructed access to the service location. If access is denied or unsafe, the customer remains responsible for applicable charges.Customer Disclosures and Pre Existing Conditions
The customer must disclose known defects, prior repairs, coatings, films, damage, or conditions that may affect service results. WrapTastic is not responsible for pre existing damage, corrosion, fading, oxidation, scratches, chips, seal failures, or defects that may become more visible after service.Appearance, Curing, and Variability
Many services require curing time. Temporary haze, moisture, bubbles, streaks, texture variations, or minor optical effects during curing are normal and not defects. Final appearance and durability depend on material selection, surface condition, environment, and maintenance. No guarantee of a specific aesthetic outcome or lifespan is made.Care and Maintenance Obligations
The customer agrees to follow all post service care instructions provided verbally or in writing. Failure to follow care requirements may void warranties and releases WrapTastic from responsibility for resulting damage.Warranties
Any manufacturer or workmanship warranties are provided by the local franchise or product manufacturer according to their written terms. Warranties generally cover material defects under normal use and exclude damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper cleaning, impact, abrasion, environmental exposure, removal, or pre existing conditions. Warranty claims must be submitted to the franchise that performed the work.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WrapTastic Franchising, LLC, its franchisees, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the customer's use of services, failure to disclose conditions, selection or approval of services or materials, or failure to follow care instructions, except to the extent caused by willful misconduct of the servicing franchise.Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Service Schedule A
Automotive Services
This Schedule applies to all services performed on motor vehicles, including automotive window tint, paint protection film, wraps, coatings, and related surface protection services.
A1. Automotive Window Tint Legal Compliance
Automotive window tint laws vary by state and local jurisdiction and may regulate visible light transmission, reflectivity, windshield tint placement, and other characteristics. WrapTastic does not provide legal advice regarding window tint compliance. It is the customer's sole responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the vehicle is registered and operated.
A2. Customer Directed Tint Selection
The customer acknowledges that they are selecting or approving the tint level, film type, and installation configuration. If the customer requests or approves a tint installation that does not comply with applicable laws, the customer assumes all responsibility for citations, fines, inspection failures, removal costs, or other consequences. WrapTastic Franchising, LLC and the servicing franchise are not responsible for determining legal compliance or for any enforcement action.
A3. Removal and Modification
Any removal, replacement, or modification required to bring a vehicle into legal compliance is not included in the original service and will be performed only at additional cost, if offered.
A4. Automotive Appearance and Curing
Automotive films and coatings may require curing time. Temporary haze, moisture, bubbles, edge visibility, seam lines, or texture variations during curing are normal. Final appearance may vary based on vehicle condition, paint type, panel geometry, and environmental factors.
A5. Automotive Warranty Limitations
Manufacturer and workmanship warranties do not cover damage arising from non compliant tint selections, forced removal, inspection failures, improper care, road debris, impact, abrasion, or pre existing vehicle conditions.
A6. Automotive Release
The customer releases WrapTastic Franchising, LLC and the servicing franchise from liability related to legal compliance, enforcement actions, or consequences resulting from customer directed automotive service selections.
Service Schedule B
Residential and Commercial Services
This Schedule applies to all non automotive services, including residential and commercial window film, architectural film, safety and security film, and related surface protection services.
B1. Installation and Curing
Window film installation uses a water based slip solution. Temporary haze, moisture, bubbles, or streaks are normal during curing. Appearance may continue to improve over time. Typical curing ranges vary based on film type, glass construction, and environment. Standard films may take approximately seven to thirty days. Thicker safety, security, or exterior films may take up to sixty to ninety days. Cool, humid, shaded, or low sun conditions may extend curing time. The customer agrees not to clean or disturb the film for at least thirty days following installation.
B2. Insulated Glass Units and Seal Conditions
The installer cannot inspect or guarantee the condition of the sealed space within double or triple pane insulated glass units. Latent or pre existing seal failures may become noticeable after film installation due to changes in light transmission and reflection. Window film does not cause seal failure or moisture between panes. The installer and manufacturer are not responsible for fogging, condensation, or distortion occurring inside the glass unit.
B3. Thermal Stress and Glass Breakage
Window film alters heat absorption and reflection. Certain glass types may be susceptible to breakage due to pre existing defects, thermal stress, framing conditions, edge damage, tight glazing, or shading from coverings. The installer is not responsible for breakage related to these conditions. Any manufacturer thermal breakage coverage is strictly subject to the manufacturer's written warranty terms and eligibility requirements.
B4. Optical Effects and Visibility
Window film may slightly alter appearance. Minor color shifts, banding, or rainbowing may occur depending on glass composition, lighting, and viewing angle. Film may make existing scratches or distortions more visible. These are not defects.
B5. Residential and Commercial Warranty Acknowledgment
The customer acknowledges receipt or availability of applicable manufacturer warranties, including XPEL product warranties where applicable. Manufacturer warranties cover material defects under normal use and exclude glass breakage, insulated glass seal failure, improper cleaning, scratching, scraping, tape, decals, or suction cups.
B6. Care and Maintenance
The customer agrees to follow care requirements, including no cleaning for thirty days, use of ammonia free cleaners and soft microfiber cloths only, no razor blades, scrapers, abrasive tools, decals, tape, or suction cups during curing, and allowing full curing before judging final appearance. Failure to follow care instructions may void warranty coverage.
B7. Residential and Commercial Release
The customer releases the installer and manufacturer from responsibility for glass, seal, or appearance issues not caused by installation workmanship or covered by manufacturer warranty and acknowledges that installation followed manufacturer compatibility guidelines.
Acknowledgment
By booking or authorizing service, the customer confirms they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable Service Schedule.
